Everything needed to organize a wedding gathered at the Hospital de Santiago
Following the success of the three previous events, the Social Events Hall of Ubeda ‘DBlanco’ will celebrate its fourth edition next weekend, from 27 to 29 January, again in the cultural center Hospital de Santiago. An ideal place in which to find, gathered in the same space, everything that surrounds the world of celebrations. To this end, preparations have already been completed from the organization, which corresponds to Alegory Art, Lechuga & Ruiz and Singular Bodas, which have the collaboration of the Department of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Enterprise of the City of Úbeda, 2X Clouds, Luis Miguel Photographer and Alciser, and sponsored by different companies.
‘DBlanco’ is an initiative that offers a wide range of solutions and ideas for future contractors who are planning their link. For three days, all the products necessary for a unique and original wedding will be exhibited in an incomparable setting such as the Hospital de Santiago, where you will also find the necessary services for other celebrations such as communions or baptisms.
In these three days many people will pass through the city in search of services for a dream wedding. Not for nothing, Úbeda has some of the best companies in the province specialized in the sector, being a reference. In previous years, between 12,000 and 15,000 visitors were received from all over the province and even from outside, and other sectors, such as the innkeeper, will also benefit during the weekend.
Thus, the municipality will be converted for the fourth consecutive year in the venue of this event, once again a regional center in the development of social events, where to visualize all those firms that can offer services with the aim that attendees can take a Integral idea of everything they need for their ‘big day’ as well as advice in all aspects and a wide range of products.
Given the success of the three previous editions, many companies have wanted to participate in this event, leaving some of them out of space. On this occasion there will be 53 exhibitors, of which 40 are businessmen of the locality, which represents a 70%, thus demonstrating that local commerce bets on this initiative. The rest are from surrounding municipalities.
The sectors that will be present will be those of travel agencies, rent of suits, rent of vehicles, animation, floral arrangements, sweets, esthetic centers, preparation of costumes and dresses of bride and groom, photography and video, jewelry, lingerie, lists Weddings, event organizers, salons for celebrations, hairdressers, gifts, catering and catering, headgear, accessories and footwear.
‘DBIanco’ will feature exhibition areas, as well as walkways for parades and presentation rooms and multidisciplinary events. There will also be musical performances, tastings, photo shoots, wedding photobooth, raffles and much more. The entrance to the exhibition area will be free and, as a novelty, to access the parades of the auditorium will be charged a symbolic entry of 2 euros. It will be so to avoid the agglomerations of other years, and the money collected will be delivered in full to the Úbeda Solidarity Network for its projects to help the most disadvantaged. Nevertheless, in the patio of the Hospital of Santiago will be placed a giant screen in which the parades can be followed live.
The presentation ceremony was attended by Irene Moreno, as representatives of the organization, accompanied by the councilman of Commerce, Jose Luis Madueño, and the president of Alciser, Bartolomé González. As highlighted Madueño, once again this successful room counts on the collaboration of the City Council, “since this is an event that has a very positive impact in our city”. The presentation also showed that weddings are a booming sector, as future contractors are taking care of the details of this great day, which implies hairstyles, make-up, accessories, dresses, lingerie, articles of Gift, banquet place, additional services to the banquet, audiovisual services, honeymoon, etcetera. All this will be present in ‘DBlanco’.
